Description of Duties

Executive Secretary

The chosen applicant will be responsible for client relations and support of a portfolio of local and foreign clients.

Other responsibilities including office administration, call-taking, reception duties, filing and basic book-keeping as well as general assistance to the other members of the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Language Requirements

English, Maltese, Italian (additional languages an asset)

Education Level

MCAST or or higher qualification is an asset.

Particular Skills

 excellent people skills and fluency in English & Italian

 excellent MS Office & proficiency in the use of computerised office applications;

 knowledge of accounting & accounting packages;

 a highly organised character and ability to work on own initiative and without supervision.

Experience

Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in a similar position.

Previous experience in a human resources environment is an asset.
